Please call or email to arrange a time to meet prior to
your needing services. This meeting will last about 30 minutes.
At this meeting, your pet(s) and pet sitter will get to
know one another.
The sitter will be shown where pet and cleanup supplies are
kept.
You will fill out a service agreement that provides us with
your vet’s name and number, emergency contacts, feeding
instructions, your pet’s favorite toys, etc.
At that time, you should provide the sitter with a key to
your home. There is a $5 charge to return for key pick-up.
Once we have met and you
have completed the service agreement,
no further meetings are necessary.
Just call or email to arrange visits to your animals.
Keys
Home keys should be provided during the interview visit.
All client keys are tagged with a security code unrelated
to the home location.
Keys are kept in a locked security box when not being used
for scheduled visits.
If desired, the key will be mailed back to you at contract
completion.
Most
clients leave
their key in our posession so that subsequent
visits can be easily arranged without a key exchange.
We prefer that keys not
be left outside the home waiting for our first visit.
